# Istanbul — Süleymaniye mobile district

Original illustrated realistic environment for a mobile-game production test. One Süleymaniye-inspired landmark, ten Ottoman-inspired houses, two navigable streets, source assets and a real Blender camera trailer.

The delivered scene contains 109,947 placed triangles, ten final house exteriors, a shared three-map 2K PBR atlas, conservative LOD1 and collision proxies. See `docs/final-review.md` for the completed production checks and integration limits. The later `docs/lod-review.md` supersedes the initial export verdict in the independent review.

The public archive preserves generated reference sheets and source attribution. Three research photographs without verified redistribution permission remain only in the local project; their URLs and metadata are included in the downloadable package.

## Scope and interpretation
The UNESCO-listed Süleymaniye quarter is documented at https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/356/ . The landmark is an artistic reconstruction from photographs. Houses and street positions are original composition choices; this is not a surveyed or historically exact digital twin.

The working image model available in Loremax is GPT Image 2 (`gpt_image_2`). The user's requested label “2.5” is not present in the workflow model options. Generated concepts guide visual development; the final images and trailer are rendered from the delivered 3D scene.

## Mobile constraints
Target: fewer than 150,000 triangles for LOD0, shared 1–2K image textures, simple metallic/roughness PBR and optional LOD1. Blender cinematic lighting is included in the source; the mesh-only GLB expects the host game's lighting and environment configuration. Texture-memory estimates and asset counts do not establish a mobile frame rate.

## Rebuild
Validated with Blender 5.2.1 LTS, Python 3.12 and FFmpeg. Invoke background Blender with `--python scripts/build_scene.py`. Rendering and export scripts can be rerun from the saved scene. Exact commands and engine import notes are in `docs/rebuild-and-import.md`. The final trailer is 24 seconds at 1920×1080, 24 fps, rendered from the source camera timeline.
